If you are going to switch real estate agents be sure that you are doing so for the right reasons. I’ve heard stories of agents being dropped because the seller just needed a “change of scenery.” Be sure to look at things objectively to find out if the problem may be outside of the agent’s control. Also be cautious of unreasonable promises from other agents trying to gain your business. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Selling real estate in this market is a tough business, especially in Estes Park, Colorado

Bull Elk and Golden Aspen Leaves

One of the biggest attractions in Estes Park is our elk. All year round, you can find elk roaming our streets, eating our flowers, and stopping traffic. Elk are easiest and the most fun to observe during their mating season which is also called “the rut.” During this time, bull elk gather large herds together and things can get real interesting if another bull elk tries to get too close.
