September was a solid month for local Estes Park real estate statistics. We sold more single family homes in September this year than last year and Condominiums also saw a solid 33% increase in sales compared to last year.

There are positives and negatives to be found among the statistics this month. We’ll start with the positives because thats the kind of guy I am. We have more properties pending right now than we have had all year. The next couple of months should reflect this increase in pending properties with larger number of sales than we have been experiencing so far this year.

Estes Park Real Estate is showing continuing signs of improvement. Single Family homes are selling very well in the lower price ranges. We actually sold 5 more homes in July of this year than we did in July of last year and this is the 4th straight month of increased home sales.

Estes Park Real Estate is showing continued signs of improvement. We actually sold more single family homes this year than we did last year! Condos also did well matching last years production. The increase in activity that I mentioned in Last months statistical update is continuing through this month and is more than compensating for our normal uptick in seasonal activity.

Estes Park Real Estate is doing much better according to the statistics than it has in recent months. Numbers are trending up in comparison to previous years and months. While some of this up-trend is due to our seasonality, there is more of an improvement in unit sales than in previous years – especially in single family homes.
