At ALL Times We Felt That Sam Was Honest In Every Aspect of Our Relationship

Thanks for your assistance in the successful selection and purchase of my daughter’s house.

To help others understand the reasons we selected you and what happened in the process, I will briefly outline our experience.

• We were involved in the purchase of a home in Estes Park, long distance, while living 500+ miles away.
• Sam was selected as our realtor following a personal interview in Estes (after being recommended to us by a local resident).
• We are familiar with real estate, mortgages, title insurance, negotiations, etc in our state of residence, (as property owners with rentals that we have purchased and sold)…, but with the unique characteristics of property in the Estes Park Valley, differing state and county requirements, and the long distances involved we felt we needed representation.
• We established very clear, price points, property style and condition requirements, as well as location preferences in our initial meeting with Sam.

What Sam provided

1. Excellent factual data regarding property value trends, impact of economic downturn, statistics on sales data, mortgage rate movement, etc. for the Estes Area (see his blog for historical and current overviews)
2. Prescreened all property to ensure our requirements were met prior to presenting property for consideration.
3. Strong communication and updates. We established e-mail as our preferred method of communication, although he was available for direct phone conversations, and personal discussions as requested and needed.
4. No “upselling” our price point and property requirements were respected throughout the process.
5. Strategy, as appropriate, and as requested Sam would provide specific offer/purchase strategy suggestions.
6. Expertise, with local, county, state requirements regarding property, and property purchase.
7. Team approach, we felt that Sam, and our family were a team with a common objective. Never any pressure.
8. Honesty, at ALL times we felt that Sam was honest in every aspect of our relationship AND with the relationship he had with the Sellers and their agents.
